Retail Space in South Florida
Seems everytime I am out looking for retail/restuarant space in key parts of Miami the space is leased.
I expect that we will be having a huge impact in our market coming soon with all these restaurants and retail spaces under way. No just in the typical South Beach, Lincoln Road and Brickell areas but other surrounding areas for example Midtown. Midtown is filling up and becoming the place to be for al fresco dining. Another area that just can't seem to get enough restaurants is Brickell Avenue. The pedestrian traffic there is as dense as Lincoln Road. With all those condo towers almost to capacity there is a sudden need to service them. Despite what is happening around the country, all is well in South Florida. Seem to be that business is booming if you have a small business that is in need of branding your time is now..
